Greetings from our team

Our Team has multiple expertise to provide from Senior Special Government Employees(SGEs), Certified Safety Professionals(CSPs), Certified Industrial Hygienist(CIHs), and post graduate degrees. Our experience ranges from previous OSHA enforcement staff, oil & gas, energy, manufacturing experience along with over 20 years of combined OSHA VPP knowledge.

Mike Courouleau, MS CIH CSP SGE, is passionate about public speaking and teaching workshops around the globe. His teaching style includes interactive workshops, humor, and an easy understanding of others’ perspectives. He holds a master’s degree in health safety and environmental management from Columbia Southern University, as well as a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Industrial Hygienist. With 20 years of experience in construction, maintenance, and manufacturing history, he has vast experience in multiple industries. He also has been working with OSHA for 15 years in the VPP program and received several awards from OSHA for his outstanding contributions to the worker safety program.

We have experience in – oil & gas, chemical refining, manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, cranes operations, machine guarding, food manufacturing, nuclear and many more.
